Arrivals/ Late Arrivals
I am now asking clients to please arrive for your massage appointment 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened to keep on schedule. If you are late, and the schedule allows, you may be able to pay an additional $15 for an extra 15 min. on top of your regular massage price. Your appointment time is set aside for you and I want to make sure you are treated fairly and get your full hour on the table so arriving early to discuss areas of concern, other issues, etc. is necessary so we can start the massage right on time.

Cancellation Notice
I will now only require a 4-hr. notice to cancel any appointment scheduled instead of the previous policy of a 12-hr. notice before charging you half of your appointment. I understand everyone has a busy schedule and This policy allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. The cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. If it becomes an issue with someone specific, I will ask for a credit card to be placed on file and by signing a copy of the policies and procedures, you will be giving me permission to charge that card on file. I understand life happens and it can be very unpredictable, and I will take certain circumstances into consideration, but please try to be respectful of my schedule as well. If I need to cancel your appointment due to a personal conflict and fail to give you at least a 4 hours notice then you will receive a credit on your account for a free 30 min. massage.

Add-ons
The hourly rate includes the massage only, unless you have purchased a special. Anything extra such as hot towels, hot stones for therapeutic purposes, and aromatherapy will be an additional charge. Each of these are extra time and/or money on my end so I cannot provide them for free. Each add-on will be $5 each.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
